AmzBeauty96 support two posting method to meet different requirement for our customer. For orders which make payment by today, we will ship out your parcel on the next day. While for orders who make payment on Friday and weekends, we will ship out your parcels on Monday. There are no posting service on Saturday and Public Holidays.
1. If parcel arrives found serious damage, please do not sign and receive the parcel or else could not proceed with damage claim.
2. If parcel lost during delivery, claims are handled through the courier company, but we will assist the customer with these claims to the best of its ability.
3. After sending out your parcel, we will inform you of the tracking number through your contact email and update tracking number at member panel. If you are not receiving your parcel after the estimated lead time, please contact the courier company directly.
4. We do not guarantee parcel arrival date or time, for urgent parcel please contact with courier company to confirm the delivery is on desired time frame. Self-pickup is recommended.
We'll sent you an email with your order's parcel tracking number after we shipped your order, please ensure that your email adress is correct. (If you do not receive the email you may contact our customer member via Whatsapp (016-4912300) or email to firstname.lastname@example.org to get your tracking number)
Each parcel can be tracked at the following courier company's website or tracking.my. Buyer is responsible to contact the courier company if the parcel is not received after the promise lead time and if there are any special request or delivery problems, please contact courier company for arrangement.
